Challenges

With the variety of projects done over the years, Cord had amassed an extensive directory of customer, contractor and vendors contacts across different systems for employees’ use. Cord required a way to better organize customer information and project data into their CRM, while being able to interface with 3rd party systems.

Requirements

· Allow employees to easily manage their personal work and key organizational contacts

· Sync select contacts with Office 365 across iOS and Android devices

· Ability to create data exports for their existing business applications

Results

All employees of Cord can easily sync their Office 365 contact data with their phones and adopting it into their day-to-day processes.
