ASI worked with the owners of Pine Noel Resort, to incorporate style and simplicity, along with user interaction. The Bauer administration now can provide its applicants the ability to download instructions, tax forms, and additional necessary information all via their website. Along with saving time and becoming more organized with applications, Bauer Detassling is able to automatically distributed texts and emails to employees. Post-season support was improved by enabling staff to export information from excel and email this information to the accountant eliminating the need to deliver and enter hard copies.
Monsanto’s new project was based on a previous design by ASI, which calculated Monsanto’s US cost of goods. ASI developed a system, allowing regions from around the world, to quickly and effectively calculate the projected cost of goods for any given seed. The new system is highly customized to allow for regional differences and ever-changing needs. Manual data entry errors have been eliminated, and data is now able to be shared and accessed worldwide, resulting in a huge degree of confidence and comparability.
Financial information needed to be collected and validated for hundreds of school districts nationwide. Given the extensive nature of the school district user base, it was imperative that the system correctly prompt the user for only the required information for each district. ASI constructed an easy to use password-protected site that dynamically displays the relevant cost categories and data entry fields to system users. Extensive validation and logging were built into the system to ensure data integrity. All information is available for administrative users to download into Excel.
In addition to working with American Credit to identify and resolve issues with their existing Microsoft Access based client management application, ASI developed and implemented a secure, web-based service that allows customers and employees to monitor account status online. The result substantially improved customer resources, as well as reducing support required for phone and email inquiries.
The Ogle County Sheriff’s Office, based in Oregon, Illinois, wanted to implement an emergency notification system called “Reverse 911” for its residents. Reverse 911 allows the County to rapidly notify residents and businesses by telephone, in case of an emergency. ASI worked with the Sheriff and his staff to design and implement a Reverse 911 registration page for county residents, allowing additions, changes, and deletions of Reverse 911 contact details.
Oregon High School (OHS) wanted to provide outstanding websites that would promote their teams and activities to the community. Many of the available solutions were complex, incomplete, or riddled with ads, giving team sites a cheap billboard feel. ASI built “W3Teams.com”, a team-based website that supports all of OHS' needs. The site was developed to provide the flexibility needed to minimize AD and coach impact, and was developed, implemented, supported, and hosted without cost to the school or community. Additionally, ASI added a mechanism by which the school generates revenue through photo sales.
