We modernized the reporting tool by building it on a flexible technology, allowing easier future updates and changes to be made. After deployment, ESF noticed an immediate uptick in productivity. After one year, the company reports they are saving up to five hours per client search, which translates into a savings of at least 285-man hours and individual report adjustments, annually. With growth further savings are being realized. 

According to the new CIO it was “quite a positive impact for our small company.”

Shortly after implementing this change, ESF was bolstered in the Top 10 Healthcare Executive Search Firms by Modern Healthcare and was declared by Forbes as a Best Executive Recruiting Firm. We like to think our beautiful and efficient report had something to do with it.
