Customer: Pine Noel Resort Project: Resort Reservations System Type: Web System

Pine Noel is a northwoods resort located in Mercer, Wisconsin. Though originally under a single owner, the resort has since been divided and sold as condominiums, with the new owners collectively wishing to keep the resort alive. Their challenge, was to provide resort information, share availability data, and handle reservations, with 5 separate owners accross the midwest.

ASI worked with Pine Noel staff to design and develop the web site. Understanding that site photos would be key to visiting customers, Michelle Greene built a photo gallery that displayed photos of the grounds, lakes, fishing, and each of the resort's 5 cabins. The staff programmed an availability page that shows up-to-the-minute cabin availability and allows visitors to request a reservation, directly from the site. ASI provides hosting services, as well, ensuring a high degree of site availability and responsive updates to the site.

The system has been a great success. Stangers to Pine Noel can visit the site and see see the beauty of the resort, through the site's gallery. Availability information is readily available, allowing folks to work out vacation schedules. Reservations have picked-up since the online reservation request has been added, another big success.
